How do you get accommodation in our facility?
IT’S IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT a victim of family violence, her friends, relatives, neighbors, and colleagues need to report a family incident PRIMARILY to a POLICE!
Are you afraid of your life and your children’s lives?
Do you have a feeling that no one will understand how you live because your partner is nice and polite to everyone except you?
Do you think that no one will trust you when you say what you have to by your partner’s order?
If you feel uneasy, fear, suffer mental or physical pain in relation to partner … you are a victim of domestic violence!

After visiting a place of the incident officers will report the incident to the competent social welfare office, and this office will then notife us!
We are ready to take you to the ACCOMMODATION (24/7) WHERE YOU WILL BE BROUGHT BY POLICE OR SOCIAL WORKER – IF YOU ARE IN THE ZAGREB CITY!
IF YOU ARE OUT OF ZAGREB, THE AUTHORITY OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE IN YOUR CITY WILL THEN CONSULT YOU AND ORGANIZE TRANSPORT TO OUR FACILITY FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN.
YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN HAVE RIGHT TO A LIFE WITHOUT A VIOLENCE!
But violence is not just physical abuse! Violence can be very invisible, only known to you, for example because of emotional abuse (More in the text ‘Forms of Abuse’). In this case, we advise you to visit the social welfare office in the area where you live. At the social welfare office in your place, you will receive a team of social workers, psychologists and lawyers and you can report domestic violence whether it happens directly to you or your children or in combination. DO NOT FORGIVE! If violence is directed directly to you, you must know that your children are also suffering various forms of trauma because they are indirectly victims of such unhealthy relationships in your family. Due to yourself and your children, it is important that you decide to report domestic violence in orderto begin the process of GETTING OUT OF THE CIRLE OF VIOLENCE.
In our Home we can accommodate 25 people, adults and children (combined).
Please remind that accommodation is only possible for victims of domestic violence, and therefore THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE victims of trafficking, homeless people, socially vulnerable persons who have nowhere to live etc.
